Refund Policy & Procedure

At Saboga Home, we aim to make the return and refund process as clear and straightforward as possible. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

General Refund Conditions

·       Items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date shown on the receipt. No exceptions.

·       Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

·       To qualify for a full refund, items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging and condition. If an item cannot be resold in its original condition, a refund will not be issued unless otherwise stated below.

·       Orders totaling $300 or more are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

·       Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser and to the original method of payment.

·       Some products are non-returnable as noted in their product descriptions.

·       Custom items and special orders are non-refundable.

·       For international orders, customers are responsible for all return and reshipment costs without exception.

Refund Scenarios

Incorrect Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange the return and shipment of the correct product.

Item Not as Expected

Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Opening the packaging to inspect the item is acceptable, but the item must show no signs of use or wear.

·       If the item and packaging are in resellable condition, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.

·       If the item or packaging is not in resellable condition, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded, minus shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please retain all packaging materials, including the outer box, and contact us immediately. The shipping carrier may require inspection of the packaging as part of the claim process.

Gift Returns

Refunds can be issued only to the original purchaser. Items must meet the same return conditions outlined above.

Late Arrival

If an item arrives later than expected, you may return it following the same return conditions. Packaging must remain unopened, and the item must be unused.

Excess Quantity Ordered

If you ordered more items than needed, unused items in original packaging may be returned unless otherwise stated in the product description.
